Hello,

I have been an amazon prime customer for a decade now. All my products are purchased from amazon.

For the last three years i had shifted my house to a different location in Chennai, TamilNadu India and since then i have been having delivery difficulties.

As a prime customer i am promised delivery at a specific date and on that date the update comes in as that the delivery person was not able to contact me. Subsequently the product gets auto cancelled and returned to seller.

I have been having this problem for close to 15+ of my deliveries,

I want to quote an example of a single delivery now and if needed i can bring in all the other delivery details:

ORDER # 407-4607681-7761157

The above product was to get delivered to me on 9 June 2021. It get not get delivered until the end of that day and I get an update on the app that the delivery person was unable to reach me. My phone was on all the time, it was a lock down and i was at home and I have not got any call from amazon delivery.

On 10 June 2021 in the evening i called the Amazon service call center and asked them as to why the product was not delivered. They quoted the same reason and took my number and my second number in case the first one was not reachable. They rescheduled the order for the next day – 11 June 2021 and asked me to wait until end of day 12 June 2021 and that i would get the product. The status of the product shows updated and rescheduled with a new schedule date of  11 June 2021.

On 11 June 2021 at 4:30 pm i  get an update on the app that the product is being returned to seller as I was not contactable. I called the amazon call center again and they again said that they were unable to contact me and that they cannot reschedule the products,

All 15+ product deliveries have always been the same as above. Instead of delivering it they postpone the delivery quoting that i am unreachable and ultimately cancel the order.

This is the highest form or customer disservice and all that the call center does is to recite standard sorry messages.

None of them in Amazon are willing to solve this issue by investigating into and none cares.

Unfortunate and unacceptable.
