Dear all,
My order number is 404-9312301-6910720. For kids bad trolley suitcase.On 20th October 2022. I have taken delivery but the product was of cheap/ Low quality so i have paced a return request. On 21st October 22 delivery guy has come and taken the package back. I did not receive any confirmation. Same-day night i have called Amazon customer service at 9:30pm to inform them that i have not received any confirmation. I was assured that as product received in 3 days will get confirmation. And refund will be issued. But now after all my follow up with Amazon Customer service i am getting update that my product is not received at sellers end. 1) Complete fraud and while taking product customer does not receive any slip or OTP while picking product.2) As you all say product has not been picked but till now even if my product was not received why till now 2 nd attempt was not made. That means product received so no one has come back.3) Complete fraud from seller and Amazon being the supply chain partner has not taken any responsibility. 4) So many customers might have faced this issue. This is my first time with Amazon.5) Request Amazon to please check as there are ticket number for my complaint on Amazon system portal. I need my refund waiting for you support.
