This is Dinesh, I had booked AC repair service for my Fiat Punto car as AC was not working.
I’m literally not happy with the service as they are not able to identify the exact issue and keep changing all the parts on an assumption that it would fix however still issue wasn’t fixed. I can understand 1 or 2 as part of troubleshooting, but this was a never ending list.
The even more worst part the the customer service by escalation manager “Mukhvinder Chauhan”. They way he treated me was shocking. I was trying to explain him the sequence happened, suddenly he shouted at me informed buddy manager to retain the car in garage until payment is received and disconnected the call while having a conversation. I never said I won’t make the payment, was expressing my frustration as the issue was not fixed and I have to pay Rs.9400. I never expected such a very low behaviour and he was never ready to listen to my explanation. It is not about spending money, I can spend even 30k doesn’t matter.. it’s how you approach the issue, spot it on ( pls check the order details and there will be lot of changes) and the way you treat your customer and I believe it is very important.
I have 3 different brand cars driving for about 14 years and this was my first ever experience in my life of having such a worst customer as well as car service. All these years I never serviced my car outside of authorised brand car service, this experience gives me a clear message. I definitely have to think about recommending GoMechanic to my known ones. Thank you for the great service !!
Hoping at least customer service will be improved and get better.
