I ordered two tyres and two head lights through GoMechanic Spares App on 12th December 2022 with Order I’d: GMDTT700234. For this order I paid Rs. 11,460/-.
On 18th December 2022, they delivered two tyres and on 26th December 2022 delivered one head light. But 2nd head light not delivered. I checked my order status, then App showed that out of stock. I am waiting for that nearly Two months. But out of stock.
Finally, I cancelled my order on 4th February 2023. Then App showed that the refund will be credited with in 3 to 5 working days.
After 15 days, I interact with customer care executive. He said that it will be credited shortly. Till now they are not issued my refund amount. After that I called many times for my amount. But executive says the same answer. I paid Rs. 2366/- only for this item.
