I ordered service parts for my car. The parts amount was Rs 637. I paid via Bhim app.
They cancelled my order as they said parts are unavailable. I was promised refund in 5-7 days. It has been 15 days and no refund has been issued. Customer care doesn’t connect or if after a lot of efforts it connects, call automatically gets cut. This seems to be a fraud company. Kindly get me my refund.
This has happened to scores of customers, including myself. This is their MO: Offer big discounts to lay the trap, take your money and cancel the order after weeks of waiting. then never return the money and just cut you out. This is 100% a fraud company. Shame of the investors for looting Indians, you are a shame to Indian Inc.
What are the authorities doing? How are they allowing this?
