11th of July I have placed cluch replacement order from gomechanic app ..I paid 5899 rs online
However the real price as when called by workshop was around 12000 rs so the order was cancelled
Refund was initiated but I dint receive the refund after a week
Payment was through Paytm
I contacted gomechanic customer care and they asked told me Paytm is not crediting my refund it’s not them
How ever on mailing Paytm they told gomechanic dint have enough balance when they did transaction….on contacting gomechanic they are msging they have done the payment
