I had made 4 payments to gomechanic on January 11, 2023 each amounting to ₹2839/- (total amount = 2839×4=₹11,356/-) for purchasing 4 car tyres (Bridgestone Sturdo 145/80 R12). The order IDs are 1. GMDGR725436
2. GMDGL725430
3. GMDIV725416
4. GMDNZ725367.
As there was no update regarding the shipment, I contacted them through their customer care number on January 20, 2023 in which they informed that the orders were cancelled from their end due to non availability of the parts. They also assured that the refund amount will be reflected within 4-6 days. But so far they have not refunded the amount. Each time they make excuses like server not working etc. As on today, they said again that the refund will be initiated within one week. Please help me to get my money back.

I am also facing same issue with Gomechanic, I cancelled my order on January due to non availability of the product and still struggling for the refund.
