Hi,
I had put my car for regular service in November’20 During the checking/inspection of car garage team found that there is an issue with suspension left and right arms and need immediate replacement is required. Without asking a single question I put trust on them and Replace the same.
I observed that front new falkon wheels are going to damage pathetically and after this repair and going in worst condition day by day. Hence, I decided to replace the tyres on immediate basis. During wheel alignment with new tyres found that wheel alignment is too much out and it happens because arm replacement. During the google same reason for wheel damage is observed.
I tried to approach and discuss with Mr.Raju Malankiya about the sleepag from Garage team but he tried to convince me rather to identify the sleepag or why and who did the mistake. It is advisable that wheel alignment is mandatory after the suspension repairing. But nobody advised me after repairing. Rather to resolve the issue he started to give different execuses like wheel alignment is not covered in service. Garage team did not feel that wheel alignment is necessary etc.
Such type lame approach was not expected from such good company and it’s executive. This ignorance may leads to major accident of me and my family too.
Here, I am requesting you that kindly resolve this issue as i have open the ticket as complain along with rating “Bad” from the App. Expecting the tyre replacement of loss occur because the sleepag from garage team and this loss has to be either bare by Gomechnic or Garage team. Here, major loss is garage team has broke the customer trust.
