I decided to get my Maruti Swift full Body denting and painting work by Gomechanic. I booked my service on 21st November 2021, On the same day my car was picked up for service.I also asked them to check floor condition as i had doubt of rusting. As per Gomechanic for full body denting and painting it takes 7-8 days and since i asked for some additional work so we can increase 7-8 days to 12-13 days which was more than sufficient. But they failed to keep their promise for timely service and delivery. Dentaing painting work completed on 14th December 2021 and GoMechanic Service buddy came to drop my car. But there was no finishing quality in paint work and there was dust inside clear coat which they were not able to remove even after rubbing as it was inside paint. So i denied to accept delivery since finshing was not proper lots of dust particles were there in paint. Service Buddy requested me for some more time so they can redo paint work and give 100% finished quality, i did not had more time to offer but i still gave them a chance to redo paint work because service buddy seems to be promising this time and he asked for 7-8 days again and we agreed on that. My car supposed to be delivered on 21st december or 22nd december but work was not completed till 22nd december half day and i had a plan to go out for few days so i denied to accept delievery on 22nd december evening. But i asked service buddy if he himself visited workshop anb looked into paint work quality and he said yes he checked and its good this time as per his observation. I came back from vacation on 25th december but there was no driver available so they could not drop it. On 26th December, Today i visited workshop for the inspection of work quality, Unfortunately same dust issue was still present on most of the panels like bonnet, front bumper, backside bumber, Diggi. Like there is no panel in outer body which we can say that this panel don’t have dust. In some panels its more and some its less but its there in all panels. Same thing i informed to service buddy, i had a long conversation with him regarding quality of work (i had recorded of that ) and conculsion was he asked for more days but he failed to do it in 8-10 days then why should i give him more days. It has been already more than a month and they did painting work 2 times still they could not deliver the satisfactory quality work which Gomechanic promises for(100% customer satisfaction). I denied for more time since i already had difficulty in day to day routine work without vehicle and now there is emergency at home so needed my car very badly so i denied that i won’t allow more days. And Service buddy also mentioned that they tried their best, their best quality work can be checked by looking into attached pictures. I asked service buddy to send Quality check team to look into work quality but he asked not to involve QA team he already aware of work quality. I put my hard earned money but it got wasted i could have gone to maruti suzuki own works shops to get better results. To add one of the rain wiser, Body side mouldings and bumper protecters were found missing i have informed about missing accesories to workshop owner and service buddy they promised to find it in 2 days else will refund the amount for those accessories and i doubt on their words, later i found one bulb in backside light is also missing. I also requested service buddy to keep car till today evening so they can check again if they want to check the work qualaity But workshop owner denied to keep the car in his garrage, car was left on road with key in it, So i was kind of forced to take the car indirectly. Service buddy said if i will grant more time then they will keep car in garrage otherwise not. I have wasted lots of time and hard earned money on Gomechanic, they provide 2 year warranty on paint work but could not deliver proper finishing itself first. I need my hard earned money back from Gomechanic because of the poor quality job they did and time taken and missing accessories/parts.
