i had recently serviced my vehicle at gomechanic cochin, but after the service (around 20,348 rs)
which included a comprehensive service, their so called miles membership benefits , i got the car..the srvice buddy was very helpfull and accurate,but the quality of service was not good, because my car gear crashed in 380 km and i had to resubmitt my car for another review by the same team..they are trying to charge me 9800 around rupees as the next work and says that the previous service did not check this, more over they reported 2 new issues for which the spreparts are not even available..this was such a bad experience and i would like to dispute the same in court as i feel cheated as a customer by go mechanic and their falsified warranty and membership norms.
