Hi team,
I have given my car for repair on 2 nd October the car was delivered on 20 th after long long follow up with garage people, but within one day the reapair seemed defective and they took the vehicle again they assigned a escalation manager who never follows up and untill I call him and in adition the service buddy assigned to me mentioned it’s not thier region and they don’t have detailes now I am stuck my car is still in garages and they have already taken 17000 in which 6499 pending for refund and this 6499 work was not done the pending amount was charged from me and still GoMechanic hasn’t given resolution and they are being totally irresponsible
