Hello,
My order number with gomechanic is 2021073194928649. I gave my car for servicing and paid the amount completely to gomechanic in advance having the trust they will do the servicing professionally.
I received my car late evening, the next day when I was supposed to go outside in car I saw wheel nuts were broken.
I complaint to the service buddy of go mechanic but he tried putting the blame on me. Finally they agreed that it was there mistake but while fixing the broken nut they broke other 3 nuts of the wheel too.
Moreover they fixed some sub-standard nut in my car which is not a genuine one and hence by wheel cap is coming out since nut size is different.
I tried seeking help by writing mails after mails but no one even bothered to call me even or to give resolution. I kept even then co-founders in the mail chain but still no help.
Now after all these pain I want a strict action to be taken on them as they have played with customer’s safety.
