• I got call from Sushant Sharma via mobile number 9825167922 informed me about work from home in which he told me to fill 700 forms in 7 days. The said Sushant Sharma told me i will get Rs. 14,000/- in which registration charges of Rs. 4700/- will get deducted for which he ask me to give my Aadhar card photo and email ID. The said Sharma told me that i will get one verification call, I have to told only yes to that verification call which I did. Then after 7 days I have submitted my work but my out of 700 form filling only 698 form were filled by me was showing because in 2 forms there was data missing therefore I have not filled that. I called on helpline number one lady name pooja Patel told me to pay Extension charges of 3000/- then she will give me missing data information. For payment I ask her to give me account details then she was given me Holding Account name Vision Solutions. I was in doubt I have raise enquiry to her why she told me to pay extension charges to Vision Solutions because I had signed agreement with the name of company Golden Enterprise. Thereby she told me said company I.e.Golden Enterprise has given this account details. I have transfer Rs.3000/- through Phone pay. I got e-mail from [email protected] that I got extension for 2 days. I have filled missing data and made final submission. After final submission when I did login it was showing like my Quality check is in process. Then after 2 days I have again login to their website then it was showing like your Quality check is failed. Then I was enquired on helpline number I got reply that you will get call from Company. I got call from one Sweta Sharma via mobile number 9175551277, that Sweta Sharma told me to pay correction charges of Rs. 5400/- because my Quality check is showing failed. I told her that I don’t have that much amount pay to her then she Again call me to pay half amount of Re. 3000/- I told her, I don’t have even 500/- rupees I told to that Sweta Sharma I will take legal action against her and her company. Then she again did call me and told me to pay Rs. 200/- and informed me your correction will get done. Then after 15 min she again told me that you have to pay Rs. 3000/- compulsory for correction charges. I told her it was not mention in you agreement about extension charges and correction charges then she told me I am informing you right now.
• Thereby it is requested to Consumer Complaints court please kindly take strick action against Golden Enterprise and their Authorized person along with there staff who makes calls to people with cheating and fraud Intesions.
• That there is request to Consumer Complaints Court that kindly take action against Golden Enterprise and it’s authorized person and make them to pay me my Rs. 3000/- as extension charges and Rs. 200/- as correction charges.
