I have taken a gold loan from Rupeek. I was not able repay and they auctioned the gold with my consent. They told me you have surplus amount which you receive in your acount or through cheque/DD. They said 20,302 surplus amount is with Rupeek. Now when I called them to collect amount they are saying you only have 3000, rest amount deducted in charges. They are giving details of charges and one week before they confirmed you have surplus amount of 20,302 and do not have any deductions. Now they are saying you have charges and did give specific charges details. They asking me visit branch. This causing mental trauma to roam around branches. I have two kids twins we have take care of them and go to office. How can I roam around branches. Please help me in claiming full amount
