I took 36,50,000 loan(03927/MBD/000010 against Moorgate of my Gold Ornaments from Muthoot Finance Mulund West Branch on 21st Oct,2022. I did a partial withdrawal by paying 22,50,000 on 22nd Nov,2022.
Then on 21st December,2022 i have repaid the balance amount of 14,13,000.
To my surprise the Muthoot guys asked me to pay 6,000 rupees as 15 days interest, coz they said that after my partial closure they have created a new account number so i will have to pay the penalty of 15 days interest. I was been clearly told that i can do Partial payments anytime & balance can be paid without any penalty at the time of release. They looted me for 6000 rupees.
