I have taken the gold loan in India Gold and paid the interest on time with out any fail. Now suddenly they increased to three times. So I am not even bear this high interest.

The same happened to me…Not educated the customers…APP not giving proper notifications and the customer care number is not at all working.
Sundaram from the Kodambakkam branch is very rude and harsh while talking to customers, especially ladies.

DO not go for India gold if urgent needs, go to Manapurram and Muthoot…
