I am a customer of India Gold (Gold loan company). My scheduled interest payment date is 11’th of every month. I paid the interest amount 5’th of Oct (i.e Six days before scheduled date). They are now charging 3 times of my original interest. Rebate revoked for paying interest before scheduled. They are looting customers by not educating about paying interest earlier. There are many customers with same issues. And they are making money unlawfully. This should stop. The customer service is pathetic. and they tell you to pay higher interest rates.
