I have placed a delivery of digital gold through PhonePe on 23rd July 2020 and still have not received any update on it. When I raised a ticket with PhonePe they are not responding to me with any kind of update and just keep giving me an extended timeline for the same.
I asked them to cancel the delivery and put it back in the locker, still it is also not processed. It’s really frustrating that I am not able to get my money back.
