HI Team,
My Mother had a flight from Ranchi to Pune on SAT, 06 AUG ’22.
Airline : Indigo (6E-6411)
PNR : VT3BWK
When she reached to destination we found that her checked in baggage had long cut mark and her Gold Chain is missing from the baggage.
Please help us to get this issue addressed. The price of the chain was close to 75 to 80K. I am expecting immediate action or refund.
Please help me by checking the footage of Ranchi at around 6 to 7 Pm.
The color of the suitcase was Maroon.
