Text of Complaint by Amit Jaiswal:

On 25th of October, I have please a return order request of my one product which is not been picked up till yet today.
On 29th of October I have seen my request in Amazon app and seen that my return is been canceled and by the reason my product was mis match which is wrong, which is false completely, no one called me, we haven’t on call, i haven’t gone there and they written wrong in their system.
On the same time, i called to customer care and talked to customer care executive. I told her everything, I spoke with her and she assured me that by tomorrow my product will be taken from me but it’s not happened the same.

Then I called again in customer care service I spoke to Mr Siddharth I told him every thing, no one coming to pickup my return. Then he assured me that it’s going to happen from his side because his track record is very clear, if he takes any work he make sure it’s get done, he gives me his word that my product gonna get picked up. I told him that no one going to value your word and your track record gonna break, allow me to go to your hub and deliver by myself but again he keep asking for two days for two days for two days and if the order not get picks up than he will give me advance payment through advance payment system something and same he will raise the complain also and also the request for payment. I trusted on him, I trusted on his word and I waited for two days, not only two days I waited for him three days because he was the one who is following up he use to call me if it isn’t done but he didn’t called me. My product remain same unpicked up.
Then today I called in customer care some lady executive picks up my call I said her everything and request to connect my call to Siddharth because previously he said he gonna call me if my shipment status remain the same unpicked he gonna give my advance payment. Then she said that it’s not gonna to happen there is no system for me to connect with Siddharth which I think is not true, there might be some thing from which I can connect but she said no!!!! She keep on saying that allow me to try once, I will get your return picked up by tomorrow……. Continuously. I said her previous lady also assured me, Siddharth also assured me, but it’s not happening, no one is coming and taking my return. Yours also not gonna turn into reality please give my advance payment they when ever Amazon want to pick the return pick it because I have work from that money and I also said her I am ready to go and handover the shipment to the hub but she said me NO!!! She will do that. I said it definitely doesn’t gonna happen and then I again gonna call in customer service and the new person gonna say the same thing that let me try….. i mean everytime I gonna do this and get trap in to loop. Because there are lots of Amazon executives my whole year gonna get into this. Who have so much of time ????? She was not ready to hear my problem and understand my condition. Then I said can I talk to someone head who can make my work done. Who’s words hai value in Amazon facility so that hub people will listen to that person and do their work properly and come down return. She connected my Call to her supervisor who was sleeping. Yes!!!! Sleeping. He is not listening to me, keeping my Call on mute and saying the same thing repeatedly repeatedly repeatedly. I mean what is this ????? HUB people are not doing their job ! customer executive supervisor is sleeping while working time ! Previous 2 customer executive who was following up didn’t called me back ! I mean whole Amazon is sleeping what !!!!!!!

I am literally very tired of Amazon delivery facility now. I’ve change my delivery address twice because they were not coming at my home, they say door door delivery is not available in Amazon, which is wrong/false. So I putted road address. At their also they don’t want to come???? And even I am saying that I am ready to go and give my shipment then also you are not allowing me.

This sakinaka hub delivery boys put our shipment out for delivery and being at their home. Not calling us and when we call they are like coming coming, then they are in 15 minutes coming, and then in half hour, night and then they put customer is unavailable and shifted to next day. Making us fool!!!! We are not stupid!!! We can here your voice eco of your room at every phone call……

We can wait for the whole day for our shipment you didn’t come and when you come you want us to be present their at that time and you didn’t wait for atleast 5 minutes also. Then they keep saying I came here, I’ve come their, lie lie and lie… in one minute how you can reach at 10 min far location even from your bike????? This is am talking about my delivery periods.

Whole hub is corrupted, doing scams, not doing their work, sleeping, telling lies, arguing, etc etc etc.

It’s my heartily request you to please take some serious actions on this or else I have go to consumer court. I can’t take this shit any more. Arrange my pickup !
