It has been months that I have not received my refunds in my bank account for 2 tickets I have booked through Goibibo. In spite of repeated calling and emails, it has not been refunded. One has been refunded in my Goibibo wallet with some deduction, but I have been in touch with airlines and they said they have made full refunds to the travel agent. I have booked another ticket directly with the airlines, and they have made a complete refund in my bank account. I wonder why I shall book again next time with Goibibo. It is always better to book directly with airlines.
