I booked international flight tickets for myself and family. On arrival in india, we got stuck in lockdown and return flights got cancelled. Goibibo did not assist in ticket re-schedule dates and i was forced to purchase new tickets. Now they are not responding my emails and did not refund unused sector return ticket amount. Its more than 01 year now and i am struggling to contact them. Pls help.
