To the respectful your honour,
Goibibo is not refunding my flight ticket money cancelled due to covid in March. Travel is from Dublin to india and the PNR is TUAN38XS9.
When approached a automated message stating this case is taking time due to heavy pending request of covid.
In the name of Covid , travel companies are looting money by delaying the refunds more than the timeline to compensate their loss. Ticket money of around 39k is not small for a student like me and am suffering to manage funds for rebooking.
Please help. Customer care is not responsive .They are posting automated messages for the sake of policy.
