Goibibo booked a hotel but hotel denied checkin to me later goibibo booked a homestay which was a shady place. Goibibo agent asked to book a hotel on my own and I will receive full refund plus some difference in amount of my hotel stay. Now goibibo is not furnishing any refund. Please help .
