I booked a ticket in goibibo for kkaveri travels and when I reached the boarding center the bus operator says the bus is already cancelled and reaCh out to goibibo customer care. There are approx 30 passengers along with me. Despite raising complaint to goibibo they closed my request without any resolution. I dont want to lose my hard earned money with out any travelling. Please help to resolve my issue.
