Text of Complaint by John Mathew:

I am writing to request a refund for my cancelled flight and to express my disappointment with the delay in receiving my refund. My name is John Mathew and my booking reference is ZFC62H. I had booked a flight with your airline on 17 April 2023.

Unfortunately, the flight was cancelled from your end and I was informed that I would receive a refund for the payment I had made. However, it has been quite some time since the cancellation and I have yet to receive my refund.

I kindly request that you arrange for the refund of AED 475.98 to the same Mastercard through which the payment was made. I would appreciate it if you could expedite the process and ensure that the refund is processed as soon as possible.
