Hello Sir/ Madam,
This is with reference to my continuous follow up with GoFirs Airlines and EasemyTrip since last 6 months regarding the ticket (PNR no. BE88SX) which i had booked via EasemyTrip website for GoFirst flight on 2nd May 2023 for a travel from Mumbai to Amritsar. However on 5th May 2023, i received an email from GoFirst stating that my flight is cancelled due to Operational reasons and full refund will be initiated soon. Infact GoFirst also shared with me a credit note worth Rs.28930/- via email on 6th May 2023.
However since then every 10-15 days i am writing to them requesting for my full refund which they have been promising me over phone call but till date i have not received any refund from them. In fact Easemytrip also confirmed with GoFirst that as per the instructions, EasemyTrip team have also submitted the NCLT or claim form with GoFirst in the 3rd week of May 2023 as well. So i am not sure when i can expect my refund,
I have been receiving standard email responses that my Refund is in process. In fact i am not getting any positive response from Resolution Professional Mr. Shailendra Ajmera who has been appointed to look into Customers issues related to refunds.
Hence as a last option, i am reaching out to you for help since it is not a small amount for me and 6 months is a long period and by now my refund should have been given to me my Airlines or EasemyTrip.
I look foward to a favorable response and support from you and help me with a resolution.
