I had booked flight from Mumbai to Srinagar, 3rd May 2023, for gofirst airlines using Make My Trip portal for three passengers. On 2nd May 2023 I received a mail stating the tickets had been cancelled due to operational reasons. Doing further investigation we came to know the company has filed for bankruptcy. We were assured the amount will be refunded back with due credit note stating the amount to be refunded. This all happened a month ago. Since then there has been no change.
