I have bought a refrigerator from Godrej Company almost 2 years ago. I have initiated a service request on 26th May and next day engineer has been visited my home and detected the problem.
As per his demand I paid visit charge of Rs. 500/- he confirmed that the same will be deducted from my total service cost.
Almost one month will be completed within few days but regularly they are committing they will visit but finally they are not coming. For their delayed service my refrigerator is getting ruined.
Godrej is just taking this matter so casually and harassing me as well as killing my time. Regularly giving falls commitment.
Pls look into the matter on utmost urgency.
