This is wrt Godrej Ascend. I had given the EOI on 10th May, after launch day followed up with sales manager on 16th May and came to know the inventory is almost sold out, so asked her to refund my money. But nothing happened
Visited the site on 22nd and since 28th may following up for my refund of rs 100000/- as I do not wish to move ahead and purchase any flat but godrej team is saying this money is forfeited…how is it possible.
I do not have any communication that my money will be forfeited though a mail confirmation is there stating EOI is refundable. Please help
