1st the sales guy said Rera completion date is 2027 but we will complete project by 2025 because Godrej brand always do construction very fast and we have our own amount , we don’t need buy money from and blah blah blah..
So our mistake hesitant.. earger to purchase property for so called brand Godrej..after booking and when we went of payment of remaining of 1st installation …they said Rera is of 2028…and building will mostly completed by 2026 end or 2027..
We were in deep shock as we have to pay another 2 years of extra rent and have to wait for our flat so long
They needed token amount 5 lakhs for booking flat ..so that was done then and there.. in another 30 days they asked to provide another amount so it will be 10% of house cost..agreed and paid..
Till now no construction has started …no letter of allotment ..no registration..now by next month end according to there agreement we have to pay 10% extra money..
Can we pay another 10% (total 20%) of flat agreed value ?
Without registration, no sales deed, no letter of allotment?
