I ordered a Storage Shoe Box from UKBestdeal company and paid using a credit card the amount of £9.99 . Upon receiving the confirmation, it stated that the charge would appear on my credit card statement as GodaShopper, which I thought was their sister company handling payments on March 18, 2024. Earlier today, March 22, 2024, I have not received any shipping information. I emailed them, and they replied stating that they couldn’t find any order from me, and there was a subscription. This prompted me to investigate, and only then did I find out they charged me £ 4.99 pounds because I allegedly didn’t cancel the subscription within 3 days, which surprised me. Upon reading complaints on Trustpilot, they used Trustpilot for positive feedback on their website. I hope Trustpilot investigates their misuse of the platform to deceive customers. They’re fraudulent scammers. I am having my credit card company look into this to recover the stolen amount from my credit card. there are so many negative feedbacks posted for this company all over internet
