I had booked GoAir flight for 18-05-2023 from Hyd to Delhi bearing PNR – NE9F7X and BDT67H but the airline cancelled my flight. My travel agent (EaseMyTrip) has filled and submitted the NCLT form.
I have contacted the agent as well as the GoAir customer service several times. I have also written an email to gofirstcirp@gmail.com regarding this issue but there is no satisfactory response.
Now it’s been more than 8 months and yet there is no update regarding my refund. Pls advise/help.
