I booked a flight from Pune to Delhi for 18th July 2020 with GoAir (PNR Y9N4RJ). GoAir cancelled the flight and are not refunding the money. Customer Care does not pick up the call even after waiting for 30 mins. They say they have reserved the money but they do not show it when I try to rebook the flight. And also they just deny for refunding. Please I need help.
