I have done booking for goair with PNR#JYIFQD and Pnr NDCRPK. I have supposed to travel in April 2020 but due to lockdown not possible. Goair initiative of credit shell offered but once supereme court judgement came in favor of lacs of travellers other airlines refunded me but goair still wasting my time and energy and sitting on my money from long time without full refund of money.
I have sent numerous of mail to all channels of goair starting from customer care to nodal officer to appellate authority. But they are tuned to same line credit shell thing and violating supreme court order as well.
Once told me you can’t get refund but only credit shell because you booked ticket in December 2019. Once I have attached supreme court judgement that clearly says provide full refund within three weeks of claim if travel lies from 24th March 2020 to 25th May 2020 then they have replied no in this case also I can’t give you money but rescheduling option.
Due to unfortunate incident at home I am facing financial crunch and they are adamant to refund money and talking unethical and even avoiding supreme court ruling. I can’t leave them without getting my full refund and knock every possible door . Kindly help me to get my money back.
