I booked my tickets in the month of February for travelling to hyderabad in april, but due to pandemic the flight got cancelled and they assured credit for 1year, later i had booked two more tickets in july from chandigarh to hyderbad and they have cancelled flights 5-6 times and atlast i had travelled on another flight dur to emergency. Now I am requesting Goair to refund entire amount of all my travels (~35000/-) which they are denying. I have explained that passengers in cancelled tickets woudln’t travel in near future. I have asked for refund based on supreme court order ruling of immediate refund of amount dated 1 October 2020 . Many reminders has been given through email and as per Go Air line procedure it has also been escalated to nodal officer but no response from customer care and nodal officer. If you call customer care, even in queue it take more than 30 min and then customer care disconnects the phone. Go Air if they lift a call then irritate customers to keep them in queue for more 30 min.
Iam requesting last time goair to refund money and respond immediately otherwise i need to take action against goairline

I had same refund issue with Indigo which had refunded money immediately as per their commitment.
