GoAir cancelled my flight and then mismatched my connecting flights which essentially made it impossible for me to travel. Their call center agent offered me a full refund and told me that I’ll receive a message on my phone in another 4 hours. I didn’t receive any message. I checked my PNR and it was still not cancelled. I called the customer care again and was told the last agent FORGOT to mark my case so this time she’ll be doing it. I was told yet again that I’ll receive a message on phone confirming my refund. To be extra sure, I even gave them my email address to send confirmation. It has been over a month now and I’ve neither received any msg nor my amount back.
