I had 2 airline bookings with GoAir and the flights were cancelled by airline stating they will process the full refund however it has not been done for over 4 months now in spite of chasing the service providers Amazon/MMT multiple times. I have even emailed and received emails from MMT about the same under process by submitting to NCLT. Even after the refund claim being submitted to NCLT, the same is still not done.
