I had booked flight with GoAir last year PNR# F8QY2T to travel from Chandigarh to Bangalore on 31st MArch 2019 but due to pandemic, we could not travel. GoAir informed us we can use the full booking amount INR 16,308 till a year to book another GoAir flight but pandemic situation didn’t improve and we didn’t plan any travel. Then they informed us about full refund to our account but it never came to our account. After several follow up mails also they are not processing refund. I am not getting any response also. This has wasted my lots of time and I want to sue GoAir for mental torture and harassment.
