GOAir did not allow Flight changes/Cancel of PNR even after Flexi booking and refund not issued

Text of Complaint by Prashant Ranjan:

Dear Sir, The itinerary with PNR Z3T84Y was booked with Flexi booking during lockdown on 3rd April 2020 from Patna to Bangalore with GoAir. Even after having a flexi booking when flights started operating, GOAir portal did not allow changes to my PNR as shown in image uploaded. They neither allowed changes nor cancellation of tickets.They did not receive calls on customer care as well. Since they did not allow changes, I had to book another flight with spicejet and travel to Bangalore. For last 16 months I am following up with them to issue me refund as issue was at their end as they did not allow changes to a flexi trip. They are not replying causing harassment to the customer. Passengers Prashant Ranjan, Deepika Sinha and Arthavit Krishna. Requesting you to help me getting my refund with adequate compensation of the same. Ticket amount was INR 16785, PNR Z3T84Y. As I had flexi booking, allowing passenger to change or cancel the ticket was my basic right which they did not allow. Please help.
