I recently traveled by Go Air (G8 625 & G8 624) and my experience was terrible! I had to pay also for my baby (under 6 months) even though I was not getting a seat for him. So is it an entry fee ? At least provide some service for the charges taken and make it comfortable for mothers with infants. I was not given a seat which is convenient for feeding the baby as well as no infant seat belt was provided. It is a serious offence that safety measures are not followed. No crew members even asked any mother on board if they need any help. There were babies crying, maybe offering some cotton or maybe a small pillow to the mothers would have been helpful ! So, not providing an infant seat belt and the charges you take, for which no service was provided, is this how GoAir runs the show ?
