I had booked a ticket for two passengers for 1 July 2023, the flight got cancelled a week before, till now(30 April 2024) I haven’t received any refund, neither anyone picks up call, I tried calling Paytm (I had booked ticket from Paytm), they are not even responding neither picking calls, I don’t know where to go, what to do, 10,000 Rupees is stuck, I am helpless, please help me out.
