With 100% trust on Go Mechanics ,I have opted for pre-owned car inspection.
On recieving a good rating inspection for the Car, i invested INR 15 lakhs & finally bought the car.
In the summary of the inspection report, the Suspensions of the Car are mentioned as Good, but practically from the day one I have given the feedback that report was incorrectly given & suspension / Sockups are sounding / not working properly while driving ???
Also while booking the inspection fake commitment of number of checkpoints to be checked, but not done at the time of inspection nor lifted on the lift to check cars base ????
On Go Mechanics trust I bought the car & now feeling as cheated / fraud as incorrect report for is shared.
Requesting to either repay the amount which I invested to buy this car, basis Go Mechanics inspection report.
OR
Replace complete suspension / shockups of this car which Go Mechanics has inspected as “GOOD” , so that I can really consider the Suspension condition as good.
