My car Volkswagon polo was given for a servicing after calling customer care ,where they mentioned car service will be done with in 8 hours and they took 4 days to deliver the car .After delivery the car immediately stopped working with in one day now they said because of the rat bites car was not starting and they took the car again for service .Now its been 5 days still i dint get my car and they informed me that indicator is not working which was working earlier and they were giving an estimation to pay RS 16000 + along with labor charges which may cost me 3 or 4k more .I already paid ~ 60 k for the servicing and now they are asking extra 16k+ and extra 16k for the same of repairs which they have caused while doing the service .
