I have placed an order on 27 nov 2022 and the same is not received even after 45 days. Then I contacted Gomechanic chat support many times, but they have failed to escalate the issue to the company.
Later it was seen that my order was cancelled by the company on 9-1-2023 due to non availability of the part, but the cash is not credited back to my account till date.
In their email dated 17-1-2023 it was stated that the refund will be initiated in 2 working days. But even after 15 days, the money has not been refunded to my account.
Also the customer care is keeping silent for my repeated emails. My money is held by the company for more than 90 days without any valid reason.
Pls help me in this regard.
