I placed an order for car maintenance products on the 4th January 2023. My order Id is GMDMA719888.it has been more than a month. They have cancelled the order but not yet processed any refund amount to Rs.1700 . In tried emailing them, calling the customer service, Twitter DMs. But all in vain. They do not respond. Please help.
