On Apr 17 Apr 2022 I have given my car for servicing to Go Mechanic for black smoke coming from silencer. They did service and charged 29,874 but the issue is not rectified, so I have raised the concern with customer care and again they have collected my car on 18 May 2022 and suggested for Engine repair and promised to deliver in 1 week and asked for advance of 20,000.
after number of follow ups they agreed to deliver car on 8th June 2022. On the same day they have informed that the car is not starting, after lof od follow up with GO Mechanic took a month to diagnose the issue and they informed there is issue in pump and again they said it will cost 35000 and took 17000 as advance. On 8th Sep after lot of follow up they delivered the car and charged remaining amount. On 12th Sep 2022 again car suddenly stopped on road due to issue in electric system and they took my car by towing to garage. They have changed my car battery and electric part due to which it stopped and till now they haven’t returned the car till date (27-09-2022). I am frustrated and facing a lot of mental trauma as no solution is being given by the Go Mechanic team (Operation Manager, Escalation Manager, and Service Buddy). I want compensation for this mental trauma and agony that I faced during this time and reimburse all my amount which I have paid to Go Mechanic, please get my vehicle delivered to my doorstep with good condition and genuine parts.
