Hi Team,

This is regarding my vehicle, which was picked up from my house on August 30, 2022, for engine repair work. The estimated delivery date was March 9,2022. However, they could not deliver it to me on the estimated date. In many instances, I called their representative for the pictures and an update on it, but he never provided them on time . He has given me excuses for part availability and assured me that the part would arrive today. I asked him the delivery date. He always gives false promises of delivering it by tomorrow. He asked me to deposit 50% of the amount to the workshop owner’s account. I deposited Rs. 5000 while my work was still  going on. When I called him multiple times, he asked me to visit the workshop to check the actual status of my vehicle. On September 11th, 2022, I went to the workshop and discovered that the engine was open and that work was being done. I came back home and after 2 days, he shared the pictures on September 13th, 2022, saying that your car is ready to be delivered, but he asked me to pay the due amount first, then only he would deliver my car. I had made a request to have it delivered to my house so I could take a test drive since it was at their workshop for 15 days and I was afraid if everything was working fine. He denied my request and said that I needed to visit the workshop to take a test drive. On September 18, 2022, I went to the workshop and discovered that the car was still misfiring, the brakes were not working properly, the clutch and gear were very soft, and the steering was soft and hard at the same time when I drove it. I almost hit bicycle riders as I was not aware that the car’s breaks were not working. I am frustrated and facing a lot of mental trauma as no solution is being given by the Go Mechanic team (Operation Manager, Escalation Manager, and Service Buddy). I want compensation for this mental trauma and agony that I faced during this time, and yes, please get my vehicle delivered to my doorstep after waiving off all the bill amount. I need my Rs 5000 back as well, and lastly, I would recommend that no one should ever opt for their service.
