I went to Gomechanic in Rohini Sec-24 for my Ford EcoSport’s AC checkup. I am a regular customer of Go Mechanic. They said there is a leakage issue and they have to open the car’s AC, and after that they will give me an estimate. They open all my car dashboard,stearing,gearbox, front both doors. Then, the next day, he sent me an estimate of Rs 16000/-. They assured me that after repairs, the a/c would work properly. But positiin of ac remains same no cooling and started tripping in 2 min. I went there again, and this time they said the radiator needed cleaning. This time they charged me Rs. 1500, but there was no improvement. Then they said the compressor needed to be changed and again shared an estimate of Rs. 48000/-. These people charged me my hard-earned money and did not do anything. They made me a fool. So I told him to pack and return my car as is.
I went there because I don’t trust roadside mechanics. Since Go Mechanic is a reputed car service station, I go there for my car’s service, but this time they make me a fool. So I show my car to roadside ac mechanic he just in an hour repair my ac propblem and charged me much less what go mechanic people charged.
This is shameful for the mechanics if customers are trusting them and they do not work properly. and take money for doing nothing.
I recommend that everyone please avoid going to mechanics and get their vehicles serviced from outside trusted persons.
I just wish my money what they cheated please refund me if my car is not repaired.
