I gave my Optra Magnum for full body dent paint in January 2021. They returned my car after a week during night time purposely so that I can’t make out clearly the quality of painting and dent work. The Go Mechanic’s workshop driver handed over my car key at my door and rushed away before I could check my car. I went out and found out that my front number plate was broken and the headlights were dead and dashboard lights were dead.
Next morning I could find out that the bonnet was not painted and full of scratches due to buffing. Also, the roof of my car was not at all painted. I paid Rs 36000 for this poor work. Go Mechanic representative Hemanth laid a condition that my car would be delivered only after I make the payments and I was compelled to make payment of 36000.
Now, from January 2021 onwards, until December 2021 I am struggling with the customer support and escalation teams of Go Mechanic. There is no response or no action from them fro 11 months. I texted Go Mechanic founder on LinkedIn too. Hee too doesn’t care to respond.
Now what’s the next steps?
